When it comes to an inviting, unique atmosphere, The Cave was a vision imagined by the worldly couple after visiting countless wineries and tasting events throughout their three decades of collecting wine. Embodying their love of wine and food was a passion they wanted to showcase while whisking you away to a space reminiscent of a European wine cave - lined with countless liquid treasures that will delight even the most discerning of oenophiles.

The Dixon's also added specialty and rare spirits, member wine lockers, and an outdoor patio so you can enjoy the Neopolitan weather while sipping on your hand-crafted cocktail or glass of wine.
